De aanbesteding vindt plaats als een niet-openbare procedure op grond van het ARN2016 Deel II alsmede de Europese als oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerde Erkenningsregeling ProRail (EP2019), branchedeel Spooraannemers. De opdracht betreft het opnemen en vastleggen van de bestaande situatie van de laagspanningsverdeelinrichtingen in het gebied Zee-Zevenaar door middel van visuele inspecties op basis van de NEN3140 op de betreffende installaties.
