Description
Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Flächenvermessung per Laserscanning von insgesamt 10 Gebäuden sowie die Erstellung entsprechender CAD-Pläne. Die Gebäudebestandsdokumentation wird im Wesentlichen für den Betrieb sowie für die kaufmännische Bewirtschaftung (z.B. für Vermietungsprozesse, Reinigungsleistungen, etc.) im gesamten Lebenszyklus der Gebäude benötigt. Darüber hinaus findet die Bestandsdokumentation auch für die Planung und den Bau Anwendung. Aus dem Ergebnis der Vermessung/Aufnahme sollen 2D-Geschosspläne (Grundrisse) für jedes Geschoss erstellt werden
