Description
Das Gebäude- und Raumautomationssystem nutzt frei programmierbare Geräte, die über BACnet-IP kommunizieren und BACnet- sowie AMEV AS-Bkonform sind. Die Management- und Bedienebene (MBE) wird als virtuelle Maschine in die IT des SANA Klinikums integriert und unterstützt Wartungs-, Zähler- und Alarmmanagement. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst 17 Schaltschränke, 480 binäre und 210 analoge physikalische Ein-/Ausgaben, 1.700 binäre und 430 analoge Meldeausgaben sowie ca. 11.000 Objektadressierungen. Installiert werden u. a. ein BHKW, ein Gasbrennwertkessel, 2 Rückkühlwerke, 3 Frischwasserstationen, eine Wetterstation, eine Gaswarnanlage, 3 Abwasseraufbereitungsanlagen, 7 OP-Panels, 2 Laborabzüge, 560 Brandschutzklappen und ca. 70 Umluftkühlgeräte. Für die Betonkerntemperierung ist eine prädiktive Regelung basierend auf Wetterprognosen vorgesehen. Raumfunktionen werden über 49 Systemverteiler gesteuert, die in das GA-Netzwerk integriert sind.
