Description

Binnen de afdeling Medische Microbiologie, Infectieziekten en Infectiepreventie van het Maastricht UMC+ zijn twee MagNA Pure 96-systemen van Roche Diagnostics in gebruik voor geautomatiseerde nucleïnezuurextractie. Eén systeem moet vanwege ouderdom en afnemende betrouwbaarheid worden vervangen; het tweede blijft naar verwachting ten minste tot 2028 operationeel. Het Maastricht UMC+ is voornemens deze vervangingsopdracht te gunnen via de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging op grond van artikel 2.32, eerste lid, onder b, sub 2, in samenhang met het derde lid, Aanbestedingswet 2012. Voorafgaand aan contractsluiting wordt een vrijwillige transparantiebekendmaking gepubliceerd. Het Maastricht UMC+ concludeert daarom dat wegens het ontbreken van reële mededinging om technische redenen de vervangingsopdracht uitsluitend via Roche Diagnostics kan worden gerealiseerd.
