Description
La consultation porte sur la sécurisation du patrimoine de l'EPA Bordeaux Euratlantique. Les biens à sécuriser seront relativement nombreux en raison de la taille du périmètre de l'OIN, situés sur les communes de Bordeaux, de Bègles ou de Floirac et surtout très variés (dont lots de copropriétés, logements, entrepôts industriels, bureaux, commerces, garages, jardins, terrains) ; ils pourront être libres, occupés ou en activité chantier. Les durées de portage par l'EPA peuvent également être plus ou moins longues.
