APPALTO INTEGRATO Ristrutturazione edificio ex Ministero delle Finanze - Agenzia del Territorio, da destinare a sede dell’Università” L 'appalto integrato prevede l’affidamento dei servizi di progettazione esecutiva con aggiornamento del PSC e della esecuzione dei lavori, sulla scorta del progetto di fattibilità tecnico – economica approvato con Del. GC N. 403/2023 previa validazione con prescrizioni a cura del RUP. L'importo stimato dell'appalto IVA esclusa è di €. 7.132.009,44, comprensivo degli oneri di sicurezza, incidenza della manodopera e spese di progettazione esecutiva.
