Il servizio mira a prevenire e rimuovere le situazioni di bisogno e disagio, a favorire l’integrazione familiare e sociale, a contrastare l’emarginazione delle persone anziane, a evitare l’allontanamento dell’utente dal proprio ambiente di vita e supportarlo in relazione alle difficoltà insite nella sua condizione, contribuendo così al miglioramento della qualità della sua vita.
