Description
Gara europea a procedura aperta, da espletarsi ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023, per la fornitura di Termometri Clinici occorrenti all’Asst della Valtellina e dell’Alto Lario, all’Asst Lariana, all’Asst di Lecco, all’Asst Sette Laghi ed all’Asst di Pavia con possibilità di ampliamento della fornitura mediante adesione successiva. ADESIONE SUCCESSIVA 200% BASE D'ASTA. Si procederà all'affidamento anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida e che in caso, l'Amministrazione si riserva la facoltà prevista dall'art. 108 comma 10 del D.lgs 36/2023 di non procedere all'aggiudicazione se nessuna offerta risulti conveniente o idonea in relazione all'oggeto del contratto.
