Gara aperta per la fornitura a noleggio di n. 1 Generatore bipolare per neurochirurgia e relativo materiale di consumo per un periodo di 60 mesi dalla data di collaudo dell’apparecchiatura con possibilità di adesione successiva sino alla concorrenza del 400% dell’importo a base d’asta. Questa amministrazione procederà all'affidamento della fornitura anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida. questa azienda si riserva la facoltà ex art. 108 comma 10 del d.lgs 36/2023 di non procedere all'aggiudicazione se nessuna offerta risulti conveniente o idonea in relazione all'oggetto di gara.
