Description

Fornitura di un sistema cluster di deposizione di film sottili basati su deposizione fisica che integri in una glovebox condizionata in azoto i seguenti sistemi: sistema di evaporazione termica di metalli, ossidi e materiali organici, sistema di sputtering e sistema per atomic layer deposition. Tale sistema integrato verrà utilizzato per la fabbricazione di dispositivi a film sottile come per esempio celle solari a perovskite.
