Trasporto destinato agli alunni della scuola primaria e secondaria di primo grado di competenza dell’Amministrazione Comunale, residenti in aree periferiche del territorio cittadino, caratterizzate da una distanza pari o superiore a un chilometro e mezzo dalla piu' vicina istituzione scolastica o da condizioni infrastrutturali tali da rendere i percorsi non adeguatamente percorribili in termini di sicurezza
