Description

The project provides for the construction of a new educational campus that will comprise of two school buildings. Gaelscoil Riada a part one and two-storey, 16 classroom primary school with single class base SEN and ancillary spaces with total floor area of c. 2890sqm. Colaiste an Eachraidh a part one, two and three-story post primary school with 17 general classrooms, 12 specialist classrooms, Sports Hall, single class base SEN, and ancillary spaces with a total floor area of c. 6985sqm. The Electrical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete electrical services installations associated with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations - Electrical Site Services, Distribution Services, Small Power Services, Lighting + Emergency Lighting Services, BMS/AOV/EOV installations in coordination with specialists, Power services for mechanical plant, Electrical Services for Lift system, Communications Systems, Fire Detection Alarm System, Disabled Refuge System, Lightning Protection System
