De opdracht is gericht op het contracteren van één Opdrachtnemer (eventueel met Onderaannemer) die ervoor zorgt dat alle Belastingcorrespondentie op tijd, zorgvuldig en in de stijl van de Opdrachtgever bij alle Belastingplichtigen wordt bezorgd.
