Description

Das vorliegende Vergabeverfahren nach VgV umfasst die Vergabe für die Beschaffung, Installation und Migration, sowie für entsprechende Wartungs- und Servicedienstleistungen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme für die Standorte der Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG. Ziel des Projekts ist die Inbetriebnahme der neuen Infrastruktur im Wirkbetrieb, nach erfolgter Installation, Integration, Test und funktionaler Abnahme, zum 01.01.2027 Vergabegegenstand ist die Einführung einer neuen IT-Infrastruktur inkl. deren Betrieb für 60 Monate und der Option auf eine für die Standorte der Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe. Folgende Gewerke sind geplant und werden im Rahmen des Verfahrens ausgeschrieben: Los 1: Basisdienste / Cloudservices - Frontend Service - Software-Services - Cloud Infrastruktur-Service - IT-Security - Sprachkommunikation - Datensicherung Los 2: Standortbezogene Infrastruktur - Standortanbindungen - Internetanbindungen - Standortversorgung Los 1 und Los 2 : Allgemeine und übergreifende Leistungen - Monitoring - Projektierung, Migrations- und Integration - Betrieb und Service - Serviceklassen
