Description

International Restricted Procedure. Opening the procedure internationally allows international, regional and local service providers to participate. This ensures that the Contracting Authority can access the requisite technical expertise, quality assurance standards, and financial standing required to manage complex multi-stakeholder and high-level diplomatic events without bottlenecks. The European Union Partnership Mission is initiating a restricted international procurement procedure to award a framework contract for event management and ancillary services. This will enable EUPM Moldova’s staff to carry out projects and operational activities that require: - Organisation of events (provision of venues and technical equipment); - Translation and interpretation services, including provision of interpretation equipment; - Provision of catering services including relevant equipment; - Transportation and Accommodation for guests participating in these events; - Reception services, including preparation of support material for events; - Provision of photos and videos for promotional purposes; - Other relevant logistical support (e.g. press briefings, registration, moderation services)…
