Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze, pentru spital prin PROGRAMUL NATIONAL DE ORTOPEDIE-ENDOPROTEZARE, PROTEZE ORTOPEDICE destinate desfășurării actului medical , in cantitatile si cu specificatiile tehnice prevazute in caietul de sarcini Cantitatile minime si maxime acord cadru si contracte subsecvente conform caietului de sarcini. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor :19 Autoritatea contractanta va rapunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
