Description
Achizitionarea produselor farmaceutice necesare pentru tratamentul afectiunilor caracteristice patologiilor pediatrice pentru pacientii care beneficiaza de servicii medicale in cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Pediatrie Sibiu (inclusiv medicamente in cadrul PNS derulate in spital) Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu cel puţin 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor - cf art.160 alin.2 coroborat cu art. 161 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016.
