Description
Prezenta procedura de achizitie se realizeaza in scopul achizitionarii Oxigen medicinal lichefiat si a incheierii unui acord cadru cu o durata de 36 luni, cu scopul asigurarii continuitatii aprovizionarii cu oxigen medicinal, autoritatea contractanta a organizat prezenta procedura de achizitie. Spitalul Municipal Ramnicu Sarat este spital suport COVID 19 si trateaza pacientii infectati cu virusul SARS-CoV-2. Ofertantii pot solicita clarificari cu maxim 18 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, printr-un raspuns consolidat , in a 11-a zi, inainte de înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
