Description
Acord cadru pentru furnizare motorină vrac, cu livrare inclusă, la punctele de descarcare prezentate în Caietul de sarcini, în cantitățile și condițiile precizate în Caietul de sarcini. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor - 18 zile. In conformitate cu art.160, alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificat prin OUG 107/2017, Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet solicitărilor de clarificări sau informaţiilor suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor
