Description
FURNIZARE MEDICAMENTE PROGRAME NATIONALE –Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare Avand in vedere introducerea unor noi molecule in terapia pacientilor cu citostatice si cresterea numarului de indicatii medicale in ceea ce priveste bolnanii de cancer, respectiv faptul ca aprovizionarea cu medicamente se face in functie de numarul de pacienti, informatii care nu se cunosc cu precizie in momentul initierii unei proceduri de achizitie medicamente, autoritatea contractanta a decis ca pentru fiecare lot in parte, procedura sa se finalizeze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu mai multi ofertanti, numarul maxim 3,fara reluarea competitiei, pentru o perioada de 36 luni. Conform notei justificative intocmite de sef farmacie: Produsele Fraxiparine s-au putut comercializa pana la epuizarea stocurilor din piata, preturile fiind valabile pana la data de 28.02.2023 (pentru toate concentratiile) conform CaNaMed in vigoare. BGP Products SRL.Fraxiparina s-a retras din Romania.Incepand cu luna Mai 2023, datorita modificarii formei de ambalare conform CANAMED 01.05.2023 pentru CLEXANE 6000UI/0.6ML SOL INJ X 10SER PRE, furnizorii au fost in imposibilitatea continuarii livrarii lotului CLEXANE 6000UI…
