Description
Furnizare medicamente - acord cadru, conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta stabileste un singur termen in care va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP
