Description
Furnizare medicamente in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini si a fisierului "Tabel caiet sarcini medicamente_2026" - 425 loturi. Prezenta documentatie cuprinde cerintele tehnice si financiare, criteriile necesare pentru a asigura potentialilor ofertanti o informare completa si corecta cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii, cat si a elaborarii ofertelor, in functie de cantitatea maxima a acordului cadru prevazuta in fisierul "Tabel caiet sarcini medicamente_2026" Cantitati minime si maxime acord-cadru se regasesc in fisierul "Tabel Acord cadru medicamente_2026". Cantitati estimative ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc in fisierul "Tabel Contract subsecvent anual medicamente_2026". Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 16 -a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
