Description
Autoritatea contractanta doreste achizitionarea de materiale de endoproteze conform celor descrise in anexa la caietul de sarcini, impartite in 26 loturi. Obiectivele specifice ale achizitiei vizează sustinerea si imbunatatirea actului medical. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si caracteristicile tehnice, se poate considera ca achizitia are un grad mare de complexitate. Sectia solicita demararea procedurii de achizitie publica deoarece in luna februarie 2025 expira acordurile cadru aflate in vigoare pentru materiale de endoproteze, implanturi avand CN1048702 din 27.10.2022, solicita demararea procedurii cu respectarea lotizarii din referatul de necessitate nr. 34/29.10.2024, conform Notei Justificative nr. 1341/05.11.2024, intocmit de Medic Sef Ortopedie - Dr. Anitas Razvan, aprobata de managerul unitatii.
