Descrierea produselor, cantitatile minime si maxime se regasesc in caietul de sarcini. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 10 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
