Se vor achizitiona diverse medicamente conform descrierilor minime si obligatorii din caietul de sarcini si a fisei de date, prin încheierea unui Acord Cadru- 24 luni . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile . Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, in a 11 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
