Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor, ex: 20 de zile. Conform art 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Acord cadru -furnizare conserve si produse din carne ,valoarea estimata fara TVA: 1282100 Moneda: RON. Valoarea de 1282100 fara TVA reprezinta valoarea maximă estimata a acordului cadru pentru o perioada de 12 luni de la data semnării.
