Description

Borg Havn IKS, hereafter called BIKS, invites tenderers to a negotiated competition for the procurement of a "Full electric industrial machine - mass loader" for the use of loading and unloading of general goods and bulk at Øra Terminal Fredrikstad. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurements Act put into force 1 January 2017, last amended 15 July 2023 and the Regulations on Procurement Regulations in the supply sectors (Utilities Regulations) put into force 1 January 2017, last amended 23 March 2022 The procurement is carried out as a one-stage process of negotiations. Tenders shall be submitted in KGVLIGHT (Mercell) notice portal for the procurement. Communication with tenderers shall, in the tender process, take place at KGV.
