Description
Het COA is op zoek naar een fullservicebureau dat het COA volledig ontzorgt op het gebied content (tekst), concept & creatie (grafisch ontwerp) en van print (drukwerk). Het doel van onderhavige opdracht is het selecteren van een betrouwbare leverancier die in staat is de gevraagde dienstverlening en bijbehorende producten te leveren tegen de Beste Prijs Kwaliteit Verhouding. Gezien de ontwikkeling van de spend gedurende de afgelopen jaren wordt de totale omvang van de opdracht geraamd op € 2.500.000 voor de gehele de looptijd van de opdracht, exclusief btw exclusief indexacties. Het uitgangspunt is een contract met een maximale looptijd van twee jaar plus tweemaal een optie tot verlenging van een jaar. De maximale contractwaarde van deze opdracht is: € 2.500.000 x 1,50 = €3.750.000,- exclusief btw, exclusief indexatie(s).
