Description
HUS Group (thereinafter also "HUS" or "Procuring Entity") calls for tenders for Frozen Plasma Thawing Devices. The procurement concerns thawing devices in the Blood Banks of Helsinki University Hospital Diagnostics Center (hereinafter "DGC"). The Procurement is a comprehensive solution including the following: - Thawing devices; - Software; - Licenses, rights, and authorisations; - Training, technical support, and user guidance; - Maintenance, updates, and support. The procurement has been divided into two lots: Lot 1: Water bath thawing devices (0-3 devices per year) Lot 2: Dry thawing devices (0-1 devices per year) The tender may tender one or both lots. In each lot, HUS selects one (1) supplier with whom it shall sign a contract. In addition to the main contract for the devices, the Contracting Entity will enter into a Maintenance Contract with the Supplier for the maintenance of the devices. The Agreement is in force for a fixed period of two (2) years, and after which the Agreement is valid until further notice. The supply period is estimated to begin in August 2024.
