Description
Heby kommun äger sedan tidigare nyttjanderätt till ekonomisystemet Raindance. Denna upphandling avser support, underhåll och uppgradering av systemet och tillhörande tjänster. Då dessa tjänster endast kan tillhandahållas av CGI Sverige (leverantören) har Heby kommun, med hänvisning till LOU 6 kap 14 § punkt 3, för avsikt att ingå avtal med leverantören genom förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering. Avtal kommer att tecknas för tre år med möjlighet för beställaren till förlängning i maximalt tre år. Uppskattat värde är 4,9 miljoner kr. Avtal kommer att tecknas tidigast 2024-06-18.
