Description
The present tender concerns a framework contract for the implementation of the project European Social Charter tool comprising three phases: - Phase 1: consultancy to analyse the business needs and draft the functional specifications to develop the new IT system to be implemented; - Phase 2: Development of the tool, -Phase 3: Annual maintenance. Details of the consultation are specified in the attached documents.
