Description

The framework agreements shall ensure the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) access to assistance of high quality within quantitative and qualitative surveys, reviews and analysis assignments and research assignments. The scope of the agreements will depend on the assigned assignments and needs, and is difficult to predict. The procurement is divided into 3 sub-contracts, each sub-contract can enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers. In total agreements can be signed with a maximum of 9 tenderers. The sub-contracts are divided in accordance with assignment type, complexity and/or requirements for specific professional competence. • Sub-contract 1: Quantitative and qualitative surveys • Sub-contract 2: Reviews and analysis assignments • Sub-contract 3: Research assignments See the tender documentation Part B, annex 1 "The Contracting Authority ́s Needs and Requirement Specifications" for further information on each sub-contract.
