Description
The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority, throughout the contract period, has access to assistance from good consultants with relevant competence to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for services within RIE and/or RIBr. The framework agreement shall cover small, medium sized and larger maintenance projects in all project phases and it can also be used for alterations and new buildings in all project phases.
