Description
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineer services in the following disciplines: consultant engineer for construction (RIB), and consulting engineer for heating, ventilation and sanitary installations; HVAC (RIV), Limitations on other types of assignments and agreements (assignments that are not included in this framework agreement): consultant engineer electro (RIE), consulting engineer fire (RIBr), consulting engineer acoustics (RIAKU), consulting engineer geotechnics (RIG) The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority, during the entire contract period, has access to assistance from good consultants with relevant competence to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing needs for services within RIB and/or RIV. As a starting point, the framework agreements shall be used for all types of projects that are relevant for the service areas covered by the framework agreement. The framework agreement shall cover small, medium sized and larger maintenance projects in all project phases and it can also be used for alterations and new buildings in all project phases.
