Description
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for temporary staff services. The agreement aims at covering the organisation ́s need for temporary staff for mostly illnesses, leave, holidays and for special ad-hoc assignments. This is a joint procurement for several organisations in the environment sector and the procurement is also carried out on behalf of the Arts Data Bank, the Directorate of Cultural Heritage and the Meteorological Institute in addition to the Norwegian Environment Agency.
