Description
The Norwegian Coastal Administration, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for surveys and analyses. The framework agreement mainly includes basic surveys in the Norwegian Coastal Administration's development projects. Surveys in sea, sediment surveys, biological diversity surveys and geotechnical and geological surveys with the accompanying analyses in all fields will be carried out through this agreement. The scope of the framework agreement depends on which projects are prioritised in NTP and the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s action programme. Financially, the contract is estimated to be NOK 13-16 million per year and a total financial limit of up to NOK 64 million in the contract period without the Norwegian Coastal Administration having a duty to buy a specific amount. The extent of the work can vary throughout the contract period. The framework agreement ́s actual volume shall be divided between 3 tenderers in accordance with a distribution key, which gives all 3 tenderers a certain share of the total sum for call-offs.
