Description
Vestland County shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement, leasing and maintenance of licences and software, as well as accompanying service connected to the administration and maintenance of licences. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement is for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year.
Award criteria
- Price — See the description in Annex C - Price Form and fill in this form. Weighted 60%.
- Quality — See the description in Annex A - Requirement Specification. Weighted 40%. Shall be documented in Annex B - The tenderer shall state the description of the delivery, as well as accompanying annexes.
