Description
A framework agreement shall be signed with one supplier for the delivery of promotional articles. Promotional articles are products that have the Police's/PST ́s logo and/or other promotional design elements or other customer specific adaptations added. These aim to promote the police and are mainly used as gifts. The contract shall at all times cover the current need for promotional items at the contracting authority during the contract period. In addition customer specific access to a digital ordering system is required for the procurement of selected promotional items. The Norwegian Police Service and PST shall each have their own ordering system (portal), or separate logins with a respectable assortment.
