Description
Hadsel kommune - hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 'Framework agreement on consultancy services within municipal engineering areas'.
Award criteria
- Price — Tenderers are requested to fill in Annex 2 - Price Form. The price matrix is to be filled in, the total sum, excluding VAT, is to be added to the Mercell under Produkt.
- Quality — Tenderers are asked to fill in annex 3 - CV form for the offered key personnel.
- Quality — The tenderer ́s response time, organisation plan and backup system.
- Quality — Assessment of conditions such as delivery at the agreed time and price, experienced collaboration ability etc.
