Description
Enova has worked on organisational prerequisites in order to be more data driven. We set the path for data-driven development and innovation through a digital ambition, and we have drawn out a prioritised digital commitment that we take with us into 2024 and further forward. This is the start of increased performance management, which will give more room for flexible ways to work on development. We have also put in place overall prioritising of development needs, and by extension of this started on the establishment of multi-disciplinary development teams. Enova has a continual need for IT consultancy services within digital transformation in different (technology) areas. The need at the current time is well known, but technology is changing rapidly and the future assignments enova can lead to changes in IT & the need for digitalisation. In order to ensure good consultancy assistance over several years, the competition is organised so that it will give some degree of flexibility for the contracting authority in the years to come.
