Description
Gjemnes municipality shall establish a framework agreement for independent inspections of municipal projects in Gjemnes municipality. The rules on independent inspections mean that the contracting authority/builder is obligated to ensure that contracts are signed with companies that shall carry out independent inspections of both the engineering design services and the execution.
