Description
The Procurement Cooperation at Haugalandet intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of food products to institutional households. This request includes Haugesund, Karmøy, Bokn, Sauda, Suldal, Sveio, Etne, Tysvær and Vindafjord. Sub-contract 1 - Fruit and vegetables Estimated maximum value over four years, including any options and expected price rise for the framework agreement is NOK 24 million excluding VAT. This is the total value for both region 1 and 2.Sub-contract 2 - Fish and fish products Estimated maximum value over four years, including any options and expected price rise for the framework agreement is NOK 21 million excluding VAT. This is the total value for both regions 1 and 2. Companies/companies that the Contracting Authority is a significant owner of have the option to join the contract. The contract will be valid for 2 years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend for 1+1 year.
