The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the transport of weights at Distriktskontor Øst (hereafter called DkØ). DkØ has its office in Kjeller outside Oslo. DkØ's area includes Oslo, Akershus, Østfold, Buskerud, Innlandet, Vestfold and Telemark.
