Novari IKS invites, on behalf of the counties of Agder, Akershus, Buskerud, Finnmark, Innlandet, Nordland, Møre og Romsdal, Rogaland, Troms, Trøndelag, Vestlandet, Vestfold, Telemark and Østfold to participate in an open tender contest, with the intention of entering into a framework agreement for a description tool that allows you to prepare building descriptions in accordance with NS3420 and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s process codes described in Handbook R761 Process Code 1 and Handbook R762 Process Code 2
