Description
VEB is an external autonomous agency (EVA) with the Flemish Region as the shareholder. VEB’s goal (in addition to energy efficiency) is to optimise the price/quality/organisation of energy deliveries to the Flemish/Federal Public Authorities. VEB regularly buys energy certificates and guarantees of origin (GOs) (monthly) in the context of its supply activities via a simple mini-competition system by email. To be able to participate in the mini-competitions, you first have to be selected after submitting a bid. This takes place via the aforementioned framework agreement.
