Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration c/o the Building Operations Section East (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for rental broker services in Østfold, Buskerud, Akershus, Oslo and Innlandet counties, mostly in Asker and Bærum municipalities. The Contracting Authority redeems/acquires many properties/residences in connection with various road projects. Some of these residences are demolished immediately while many are kept and rented for some time pending road development. The largest share of existing rental housing has been acquired in connection with the E18 West Corridor project that runs through Asker and Bærum, and the expectation is that this is maintained.
