Description

LDO would like to enter into a framework agreement with a consultancy and development partner in the area of network and digital systems for a period of 2+1+1 years. The contract shall cover, but is not limited to, consultancy, project management, design, development, management and operation of new LDO.no and adjoining network services. A framework agreement (SSA-R) is planned for the assignment, with a total supplier. The contracts that shall be used for SSA-R are SSA-B, SSA-O and SSA-V (the maintenance contract will be valid for 3+1+1+1 years). A more thorough description of the delivery is given in LDO's requirement specifications.
