Description
The Assignment concerns services in the context of concrete research. Primarily, the intended concrete research focuses on civil engineering structures. This does not preclude the Contracting Authority from requesting such services for other buildings, structures, or infrastructure. The Assignment includes conducting concrete research, such as: - Visual inspection; - Core drilling; - Performing tests (determining the W/C ratio, petrographic analysis; compressive strength, determining chloride diffusion coefficient); - Reporting (including residual service life calculation and repair plan). Additionally, the Contracting Authority may also procure services related to concrete research that fit within its activities, including punctual advice, (counter)expert opinions, and additional investigations. The Contractor may also be asked to collaborate with other service providers or contractors appointed by De Werkvennootschap or the entities referred to in 2.1 of Part 1 of this Tender Document.
