Description
Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a contractor for the repair of road surfaces and bases for excavation works in the municipality ́s road and street network. The framework agreement shall cover vaav ́s maintenance and pipeline operation (AVL) ́s need.
