Description
The contracting authority aims at entering into non-exclusive parallel framework agreements with up to three different tenderers (hereafter called tenderers/tenderers) for the procurement of legal services related to the Contracting Authority's exercise of direct ownership in companies. The contracting authority has its own employees, lawyers who give advice and assist in most legal areas of importance for the Contracting Authority's ownership. In cases where the Contracting Authority's own lawyers do not have the capacity to provide the necessary legal assistance and/or special competence is required within legal areas that are not covered internally or beyond what is internally covered, there may be a need for external assistance. Tenderers must be able to offer specialist competence within general Norwegian company law, stock market and capital markets law, transactions, financing and general contract and contract law.
